Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kelphora, we stand behind the quality of our marine dental complex and the results it delivers. We want you and your pet to be completely happy.
SECTION 1 - 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (RISK-FREE TRIAL)
We understand that every pet is unique. That's why we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first order.
If you use Kelphora as directed for at least 30 days and do not see an improvement in your pet's breath or dental hygiene, you are eligible for a refund.
How it works: You may return your first jar (even if it is empty or partially used) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Limitation: To prevent abuse, this guarantee applies to one (1) opened unit per customer/household.
Bulk Orders: If you purchased a bundle (e.g., 3-pack or 6-pack), the guarantee covers the first open jar. All other jars must be returned unopened and in their original factory seal to be eligible for a refund.
SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
For all subsequent orders or additional items beyond the first jar:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the safety seal intact.
Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SECTION 3 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products (e.g., E-Books/Guides).
- Priority Processing & Shipping Protection fees: If you selected expedited processing or shipping protection at checkout, these fees are for services rendered immediately and are non-refundable.
SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item to our warehouse.
Free Outbound Shipping: Since we offer free shipping on all orders, you will receive a full refund of the product price paid. No original shipping charges will be deducted.
Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
SECTION 5 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Timeline: You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery if your package arrived damaged.
Process: Please email us at support@kelphora.com with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
- A photo of the shipping packaging/label.
We will send a replacement free of charge immediately. We do not offer refunds for items damaged by the carrier, only replacements.
SECTION 6 - HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kelphora.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send products back to the manufacturer address on the label, as this may result in your return being lost or rejected. Use only the address provided by our support team.
SECTION 7 - REFUNDS PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items (unopened vs opened).
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SECTION 8 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@kelphora.com.
SECTION 9 - RETURN ABUSE
Kelphora reserves the right to deny refunds to any customer who exhibits a pattern of return abuse or fraudulent behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, frequently purchasing and returning items or claiming items were not received despite tracking confirmation.
