SECTION 1 - SHIPPING COSTS
We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout.
Occasionally, we may offer "Priority Processing" or "Insured Shipping" options at checkout for an additional small fee. These options are optional and are designed to speed up the handling of your order or provide extra protection against loss/theft.
SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and pack your order.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
SECTION 3 - ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
- Total Delivery Time: Please allow 9-13 business days from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
Note: These are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. While most orders arrive within this timeframe or sooner, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to unforeseen carrier delays (weather, customs, high volume).
SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.
- If you do not see updates immediately, don't panic—your package is on its way, it just hasn't been scanned at the next sort facility yet.
SECTION 5 - WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete (including apartment or suite numbers).
- If you notice an error, please email us at support@kelphora.com immediately (within 2 hours of ordering). We will try our best to fix it before the order ships.
- Kelphora is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
SECTION 6 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Delivered Packages: Kelphora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, look around your property, or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Shipping Protection: If you are worried about package theft, we highly recommend selecting our Shipping Protection (if available) at checkout, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit.
SECTION 7 - CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that:
- Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
SECTION 8 - DELAYS
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, strictly speaking, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural disasters or bad weather.
- Carrier strikes or operational failures.
- Customs clearance processes.
- Peak holiday seasons.
